Career and Coaching was established by its Principals, Terry Hill and Graham Walker, in May 2003. Having already had a considerable measure of success with several major client organizations previously. Working in many areas of performance improvement based primarily, but not exclusively, on the coaching of both individuals and teams at the highest levels.
Both Principals and our Consultant Coaches have many years of commercial and leadership experience across many sectors and function disciplines. All have received personal training and years of experience in the coaching process with a recognised and highly respected major consulting/coaching organisation. Each has conducted many previous and varied coaching assignments at all levels.
Every client and individual coaching opportunity is of course based on a firm foundation of tried and tested tools and methods BUT each one is specifically tailored to the needs of, and agreed desired outcomes for each individual, team or client organisation
Whilst employing all the recognised and tested coaching principles and methods, our approach to coaching is grounded on our vast wealth of personal experience. Through this we are able to fully recognise the implications and challenges of the real-life issues faced by our clients and their people. As a result we can broaden our coaching situations and quickly add value through both practical and theoretical inputs by supporting and challenging the individual throughout the coaching programme.
This helps provide the individual, the team and the client with rapid and recognisable improvement.
