HR professional and coach with extensive experience in major public-sector organisations undergoing dramatic change, now specialising in providing performance coaching and career management advice to senior managers from all sectors and functions. Member of CIPD and holder of non-executive director and trustee appointments.

Background

  • Wide ranging HR/general management appointments in nationalised industry including managing substantial in house outplacement programme for senior managers (member of CIPD).
  • Non-executive director appointments including a large acute 3 star NHS Foundation Trust.
  • Variety of trustee appointments including several years as Chairman of an independent school.
  • Lay member of Lord Chancellor’s Advisory Committee on the Magistracy, responsible for appointment of JPs in Nottinghamshire.
