Eddy is an HR professional with more than 25 years experience in senior positions in the food industry. Versatile with strong communication and motivational skills gained in operational and commercial organisations. Has a record of success in change management and strategic projects involving business reorganisation, acquisitions, disposals and performance enhancement. Currently is an HR Consultant with a portfolio of assignments, including executive mentoring and coaching and strategy development.
