Our Executive Coaching and Mentoring service is our premier coaching service. It is intended for leaders at the highest levels of our client organisations, at either corporate or divisional level. As such each service is individually tailored to the specific needs and objectives of the client. It has no pre-defined parameters of either content or time, and it is infinitely flexible to the developing needs of the individual.

  • We ensure that we build a real understanding of your work, organisation, culture, direction, issues, style and business challenges
  • We create an individual coaching contract with you based on your desired outcomes and perceived needs. Including developing a personal ‘route map’
  • We always remain flexible to changes as they develop, we respond to these by helping you adjust the direction of the coaching
  • Frequency and focus of coaching sessions will be responsive to your needs and other demands on your time
  • At the start of each session we will formally review progress and outcomes of our previous work together, and the results you have achieved. This will provide context, focus and direction for the rest of the session.

Our Approach

  • We only employ highly experienced coaches on these programmes. Leaders who have ‘been there’ and have considerable high level leadership coaching experience.
  • We and our coaches will only operate in situations in which the individual coaching contract is one of absolute confidentiality between coach and client
