Background

Graham is a Founder Director of Career & Coaching Limited.

Graham’s primary career spanned almost 30 years with Hoechst UK Limited, the UK subsidiary of the German chemicals and pharmaceuticals giant Hoechst AG, including 8 years as Managing Director of six speciality chemicals divisions. He had previously held senior corporate appointments within the Hoechst Group, including several years as UK Director for Human Resources. More recently Graham was North East Business Director and a senior coach with Penna Consulting Plc.

Coaching & Consulting Experience

In addition to his experience in coaching and consulting at senior levels across most sectors, Graham has twice instigated and led major change and business excellence programmes. He also has experience of management succession planning and management development.

Line Management Experience

Graham has 40 years line management experience. Most recently as Business Director for Penna Consulting. This followed his initial 28 year career with Hoechst UK Ltd, where he held senior management positions in accounting; compliance; facilities management; human resources; pensions and general management. Graham also worked for some years assisting the Executive Chairman of Holliday Chemical Holdings Plc primarily with acquisitions & disposals, business excellence and eventually a merger with Yule Catto Plc.
