Nige Taylor

Current Role

Nige joined ICI in 1967 and in a 32 year career, served entirely within the Wilton complex on Teesside, he has gained extensive line management experience in a variety of roles including: Research & Investigation, R&T, PC networks/implementation/support, IT Business Systems and HR. In 1991 he was appointed to the post of Career Consultant, within HR’s Redeployment Group, to counsel and help staff with both retirement and redeployment activities throughout a 9 year period which included ICI’s demerger of its pharmaceuticals business to Zeneca and a major divestment of many of its existing businesses.

In 2000 he took advantage of an early retirement option and worked as an Associate for Penna Sanders & Sidney for 4 years before joining Career and Coaching Ltd in February, 2004.

Coaching & Consulting Experience

Nige has over 13 years’ intensive knowledge of career consultancy, which includes helping 2,000+ personal candidates at 1:1 level and the delivery of 100+ training courses.
