Background

Terry is a founding Director of Career & Coaching Ltd; he is an experienced and accredited Coach combining a business and people development background. With an early career in technical sales and marketing, he has a successful track record in senior management together with an expertise in growing and developing technical and people-related businesses. His experience covers over eight years in Executive Recruitment, before establishing in 1997, a Career Coaching business in the North East for Penna Cosulting, successfully moving to Business Development Director of Penna Group in 2000. Leaving in 2003 to establish Career & Coaching.

An extensive background in Sales and Marketing operating at senior level with the following major international organisations; Union Carbide, Ford Industrial Products, Foster Wheeler and Anglo American.
