Everyone at C&CL has significant practical coaching experience, both in our former careers and as a result of training by, and working with, established and highly respected coaching and consulting organisations.

Graham Walker

Graham is a founder director of Career & Coaching Limited, following a primary career in chemicals and pharmaceuticals, across legal; finance; human resources functions & latterly as managing director of six speciality chemicals divisions. More recently Graham was North East Business Director and a senior coach with Penna Consulting Plc. Phil Waite’s career comprised almost 40 years in the European chemical industry, first of all with ICI and then Hoechst AG in the UK and Germany. More recently he held senior positions with Clariant AG, as Head of Global Supply Chain, IT and Process Management with the Pigments & Additives Division. Nige Taylor

Nige joined ICI in 1967 and, in a 32 year career, gained extensive line management experience in a variety of roles including: Research & Investigation, PC networks/implementation/support, IT Business Systems and HR.  In 1991 he was appointed to the post of Career Consultant, within the ICI Redeployment Group, to counsel and help staff with both retirement and redeployment activities through a period which included ICI’s pharmaceuticals demerger to Zeneca and a major divestment of many of its businesses. Since 2000 he has worked with Penna Sanders & Sidney for 4 years before joining Career and Coaching Ltd in 2004.
