Yvonne Lumley

Background

Yvonne has a wealth of coaching, leadership and business management experience. She has a background in business development, consultancy and Human Resource management gained through working with a number of leading organisations including NCR, Astra Zeneca, Fujitsu Services and Penna Plc where she was Managing Consultant for Penna in Yorkshire and the North East. She has advised many organisations, both public and private, on how to develop and support their people, particularly during times of change. She has also coached a significant number of individuals to achieve personal and career success.

Recent assignment experience

  • Design and implementation of a series of change management workshops for a major chemical company.
  • Career and performance coaching for senior clients from a variety of industries and functions.
  • Performance coaching of senior HR personnel from a large Local Authority.
  • Design of leadership assessment and development centres.
  • Formulation of a talent-management programme for a major IT services organisation, focussing on high achieving software engineers.

Additional Information

Yvonne is a member of the CIPD and the Institute of Directors. She has a coaching qualification from Newcastle College and is a member of the European Mentoring and Coaching Councilel.
